How do I create an account on Pinastra?
It's simple — tap the Login or Sign Up button at the top of any page, enter your Kuwait mobile number, and we'll send a one-time code over WhatsApp (or SMS if you prefer). Once you verify the code you can finish your profile and start browsing.
How can I find a property to buy or rent?
Open the Search page from the top nav. Use the For Sale / For Rent toggle, then refine with the property-type, beds & baths, price, and area filters. Every card has a Map pill that opens the property on the Kuwait map zoomed to a 15km radius.
What information can I find about each property?
Each listing detail page shows the photo gallery, the price (with mortgage estimate teaser for sale listings), bedrooms, bathrooms, area in MSQ, parking availability, the agent or owner, an interactive map, and the listing description. Verified listers also surface their public phone / email / WhatsApp.
Which email and phone number will be displayed on my listings?
Whatever you've set as Public email, Public phone, and Public WhatsApp on your profile's Business Details panel — and only the ones you've explicitly toggled on for public display. Toggles default to off, so nothing is exposed until you choose to expose it.
What is PinValor, the property estimate tool?
PinValor is our home-valuation tool. It pulls comparable sales in your neighborhood and gives a price range a property is likely to fall within. Open it from the top nav or from the gradient pill on any sale listing page.
What does the Mortgage Calculator do?
It estimates your monthly payment for a property purchase under both conventional and Islamic financing. Plug in the home price, down payment, loan length, and interest rate — the result card shows your monthly payment, principal, total paid, total interest, installment count, and an amortization shape.
